If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact Customer Support on support@populife.co to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label.

You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method. If any quality problem occurs after 30 days, it will be handled according to the scope of Populife 1-Year Limited warranty responsibility.

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Return of non-product quality problems, customers may be charged for returns shipping

How long will it take to process my return?

Please email us and Populife will determine that the product is within the approved product return range. Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you through your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping (if applied).

 Order Cancellations

If you have notified us of order cancellations, but the product has already been shipped out, you will have to reship the product back to us at your own expense in case you still do not want it. Once it goes out of our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.

 REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Kindly allow between 3-6 business days for our after sales team to process your request. After this, please note the refund times below:

For credit card refunds, please allow between 1-14 business days for the transaction to process.

For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 72 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
For Wallet refunds (store credit), please allow 72 hours for your account to be updated.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless Populife determines that:

(1) the charges requested are legitimate and reasonable; and (2) the Product is inoperable and/or fails to operate substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation through no fault of the original purchaser or through no fault of a third person, including the limitations and/or disqualifying actions expressed in the Populife 1-Year Limited Warranty.

If you return Product Populife (a) without all parts included in the original package or (b) with damaged parts; Populife retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or refuse replacement or refund.

Refunds can only be credited to Visa, MasterCard or Paypal and only in US dollars.

Refunds will be processed and paid within two (2) weeks of Populife receipt and verification of return product.
